• In support of the Ecodan system, Green Air aim to ensure that we provide the before and after sales service you’d expect from a leading manufacturer like Mitsubishi Electric. We recognize that our success relies heavily on having satisfied customers who experience high performing products that are efficient, effective and most importantly reliable. Mitsubishi invest 4% of their total turnover into research and development of new products and services, in order to make sure that their products are as reliable as possible. We aim to ensure that the Green Air installation process meets those same high standards.
• Green Air Heating are an Approved Ecodan® Installer (AEI)
• That means that to ensure that you have  total confidence in Mitsubishi products, Mitsubishi make sure that the installation of the Ecodan heat pump system is carried out to the highest standards and is only be fitted by highly trained, Mitsubishi Electric Approved Ecodan Installers. All approved installers have received specific, in depth training by experienced engineers, covering all technical aspects of installation and customer support,
• A Green Air Central Heating warranty gives you 3 years peace of mind on the Ecodan Advanced Heating System. It’s important to note however, that the warranty will only be honoured subject to the following conditions:
• To validate the warranty, the purchase of Ecodan must be registered with Mitsubishi Electric (we will ensure that happens)
• The system must be installed and commissioned by a Mitsubishi Electric Approved Ecodan Installer
• Periodic maintenance must be carried out as agreed on the air source heat pump and all maintenance reports must be made available to Mitsubishi Electric on request
