The lead article in todays' Sunday Times business section says that Lord Turner, the Head of the Committe on Climate Change, will recommend that the tax system should include a household energy tax as part of measures to curb greenhouse gas emissions and encourage investment in low-carbon. We think that means a tax break for Green Air customers. The government is making clear signals that burning fossil fuels to heat your home will come with an added tax burden soon......which means that homes with air source heating wont have to pay.
