The Green Air Central Heating Systems utilise air source heat pumps, which work much more efficiently than traditional home heating systems and are able to reduce your home heating bill considerably.

The significant difference to other suppliers of air source heat pump is that Green Air exclusively employs Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pumps. The Ecodan air source heat pump unit is a reliable technology, developed especially for domestic heating and considered as the market leading product. It delivers efficient energy, which means that for every £1 spend on electricity, the air source heat pump generates between £3 to £5 worth of energy. In comparison an oil or gas boiler only produces between 55p and 95p worth of heat for every £1 of fuel burned.This air to water heating system works by extracting, concentrating and transferring the heat from the air and turning it into energy which can then be used to heat hot water for the home.

Our sister company, Global Energy Direct Limited - also part of REDS Tech - is approved under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). That means that all Green Air Central Heating installations of air source heating systems will be eligible for payments from the Department of Energy & Climate Change "Renewable Heat Incentive" scheme.
